Watch before the call

Ten minutes of campaigns I've actually run

You'll see the ads, how many people applied off them, and what I paid for each one. No slides, no pitch.

Watch it before we talk.

One more thing before we talk

Why this works when Indeed doesn't

Almost nobody is doing this yet. Every other team is fishing the same pond. Same job boards, same handful of people already looking.

You'd be somewhere else entirely, in front of two groups nobody is competing for.

Reps who are already selling. Good ones. Working somewhere right now, doing fine, not looking. They will never see a job post. They will see your ad.

And people who have never sold a day. They've been quietly watching this world on their feed and wondering about it. They're not on Indeed. They're just curious. You get to them first and you show them the door.

That second group is the one no one else can reach. It's also where a lot of the best reps come from.

That's how you stop scratching for one hire and start picking from hundreds.

What happens on our call

  1. Your team. How many reps you need and by when.
  2. Your version of this. Your market, your roles, what the ads would say.
  3. Real numbers. What it costs and whether it's a fit. If it isn't, I'll say so.

One thing before we talk

I'll make you a real recruiting ad with your company's name on it, ready to run. Yours to keep either way, whether we end up working together or not.

Send me one thing: what your average rep makes in a year. That's the number that goes on it.

One tap. It'll open a text to me, already written.
